Rehabilitation and Vocational Counselor - Medical and Vocational Evaluations, Disability Management and Consultation of catastrophic cases, Vocational Testing/Evaluation including Transferable Skills Analysis and Labor Market Surveys throughout the State of Florida, Social Security Determinations on work related injuries, Job Placement with comprehensive completion of Job Analysis, written and video. Life Care Planning and Expert Witness/Forensic Testimony.  Providing consultation with employers involved in Managed Care Arrangements, Training Seminars, and ADA issues.
 

Social Security Advocate - claimant representation for Social Security Disability Benefits for both SSDI and SSI.  Work with the claimant from the initial application, reconsideration and hearing phases of their claim, through the initial appeals process.  Prepare all memorandams of Law and presentation of the claim to the Administation Law Judge.
